Private Classes
Corporate/Group Instruction
Entrepreneurs understand a healthy workforce creates a productive and positive company culture and that mindfulness is helpful in building meaningful relationships with co-workers as well as customers.
Group classes start at $150 for an hour of on site class instruction for a group of up to 10 employees. Larger groups and special workshops available. Please contact me to discuss your vision for providing ongoing wellness classes for your staff.
In Person
I offer 1-on-1 private and couples sessions. In person sessions provides one-one instruction structured to meet your personal objectives and goals. This gives you the opportunity to ask questions or enter into a discussion about the body or anatomy of poses you wouldn’t normally have in a yoga studio class.
Online + Zoom
Online classes offer instruction beyond the limitations of distance and time zones. A private class can combine meditation and asanas with extended savasana longer than what you would be limited to in a studio setting. Tailored to your needs. Ideal for individuals and/or couples.
