Class Types

Aerial Yoga

Utilizing aerial silks as an interactive and responsive tool, I teach active, and yin styles of aerial yoga. We begin class in a restorative exploration of the body laying in a womb-like hammock for integration before we move into strengthening or deep stretch postures. 60 minutes.

Wednesdays 6:45pm at Knot Springs.

Queer Yoga Portland

Queer Yoga

Queer Yoga is a space to practice yoga with our LGBTQ2SIA+ community. QTPOC, Trans, Enby, and Gender non-conforming people are welcome. Our queer community is stronger when we are united in our magic and greatness. A heart-centered place to be authentically free in movement. All levels. 60 minutes.

This community class is weekly every Sunday afternoon from 2-3pm however the locations alternate between Now Yoga (SE Division) and Yoga on Yamhill (Downtown).

Vinyasa / Power Flow

Synchronizing controlled breath to movement, this practice will build internal heat to strengthen and detoxify the entire body. The vigorous method includes sun salutations with a mix of grounding and balancing postures. Adaptable to various levels of skill and fitness, the challenging sequence provides many benefits to your physical, mental and emotional well being. 60 minutes.

Gay Men’s Nude Flow

This class is for men 18+ to connect in a community of other gay/bi/queer men. The intention is to hold a sanctuary space to be vulnerable and naked, (with video camera on), to maintain trust and respect for each other in the class and provide personal liberation and brotherhood.


This deep, slow vinyasa practice includes maintaining postures for several breaths and is designed to build strength and resilience in your body & mind, while dissolving the societal shame associated with being naked. 75 minutes.

Men’s Naked Yoga Freedom

Why do naked yoga? There are many reasons, some of which include the following

• Practice body acceptance
• Overcome body issues
• Connect deeper to yourself
• Shed restrictions
• Be unapologetically you

This class is for men 18+ to connect with other straight, bi, gay, trans, and queer men who want to practice naked yoga. Let go of ideas that are harmful, live bolder and more liberated. All levels welcome. 75 minutes.

Guided Meditation

Through mindfulness and meditation, you can gain the skills to better manage your stress levels, gain perspective, increase patience, improve creativity and imagination. You can build a sense of calm within yourself as you focus on the present moment. Guided practices begin at 15 minutes while you work towards your own longer practices. Discussion following 30 minutes.

Flow + Restore

Nourish your body with a slow grounded flow practice. Suited to beginners as well as experienced students who desire a balance of vinyasa movement in the first half followed by a slowed down, restorative relaxation using bolsters, pillows and blankets for the second half of class. A nice balance of yang & yin to your day. 75 minutes.
